Newborn Zoe

A few weeks ago I was able to shoot a newborn little girl, the third daughter of Teawna and Craig.

I was looking for a few more newborn shots and when I mentioned this to Teawna, she was excited and jump at the opportunity.  When I arrived I was welcomed by Zoe’s 2 sisters.  Two cute and adorable little girls.  They were both eager to pose and Savana, the oldest, was ever so cute, ready to pose at a moments notice.Baby Photographer, Toronto Newborn Photographer Newborn Photographer, Toronto Baby Photographer

But more about Zoe since that was the original reason I came to do some creative newborn photography. She is a real cutie and appeared to be happy to just sleep and hang out all day long, posing just perfectly like every newborn baby would want to do.

Well the hit of the day was the stuffy collection.  Somehow they provided the necessary comfort and reassurance for some peaceful and magical dreams.  Not to take away from the comfort of mom’s arms.

Sydney – newborn

When babies are newborn, they are the most prized addition to any family.  Mom and dad love this new little treasure. Her expressions are so cute…  She was drooling a lot so we decided to just leave it be and allow the drool to add some character to her beauty.  And yes you guessed, she just didn’t want to sleep for us, too excited and curious I guess as to what was going on….

I hope you like the images mom & dad…

Abigail – 12 months old

This little precious lady did not want to sit still and found all the lighting and backdrop stuff fascinating.  As most kids who are about to start walking do, being able to get around was important and for that the most important thing, aside from food.   The one thing she did know how to do was smile, even if it wasn’t because the camera was out.

Shooting kids who love to show off is a lot of fun.  Abigail was no exception!

Sebastian – 3 months old

This little guy is so cute in front of the camera. The expression he gave the camera were nothing short of priceless.  It didn’t take much to get him to smile for the camera, a natural model he is!  This is why I love shooting babies, they are so full of natural, unforced, no shame, not a care in the world expressions – priceless!

There is nothing more satisfying than being able to shoot a baby in its first year of development and capture these expressions and gestures they make that are so uninhibited and free.

He was so easy to shoot that going back to do his 6 months shots will be a great experience I am sure.
